Agreement
By finalizing a purchase through hawkeco.com, the customer agrees to the policies below for returns and exchanges.
NOTE: If you wish to exchange an item NOT purchased through hawkeco.com, please scroll down to the section titled “3rd Party Exchanges”.
Sales
All purchases of items marked FINAL SALE in either their product description or elsewhere are final and ineligible for refund or exchange after purchase unless the item arrived damaged. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must submit an image of the damage to support@hawkeco.com within five (5) business days of receiving the damaged item. The customer must also return the product with all tags attached (please see returns and exchange below for more information). Once we receive the item, an exchange will be processed for the exact same item within 5-7 business days. If that item is no longer available due to no fault of the customer, a refund will then be provided back to the original form of payment or an exchange for a different style will be offered.

If you need a different size or changed your mind on the style and you are interested in returning an item in exchange for something else on the site, our customer service team is here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it, but if you find that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would and would like to return it, we get it, it happens! To submit a return request for a refund, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal either by submitting a request in your account dashboard or by visiting the public Returns & Exchanges portal by clicking here. You will need your order number and the email address you used for your purchase.
Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. A return label comes with every shipment. You can find it either in the box or with the packaging slip. If you cannot find the return label email support@hawkeco.com and one will be provided to you from our customer service team within 1-2 business days.
***Please Note*** If you choose not to use the return label, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit (Hawke & Co will not be responsible). US Return Policy. If you choose to use the return label, then a flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Hawke & Co offers full refunds, excluding shipping, for all returns within 30 days from the shipped date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship your return items with all tags attached. While most items are eligible for return, some items are marked FINAL SALE in the product details or elsewhere on the site and are ineligible for refunds or credit.
Wrong, Damages or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product from Hawke & Co, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible at support@hawkeco.com. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.
Outside the U.S. Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we only offer exchanges or returns for customers within the U.S. at the moment.

3rd Party Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns of Hawke & Co. products purchased from other retail stores or websites. I.e Amazon, Costco, Macys, Lord & Taylor, Kohl’s etc. You must abide by their respective policies.
Refunds
All items purchased through hawkeco.com directly are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase or credit after 30 days. If you purchased your item from a 3rd party retailer and not through Hawke & Co directly, we cannot provide a refund of any kind.
**We don’t accept returns of Bonobos items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Trunk Club, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.
