Nice vest. terrible customer service.

The vest is nice, but customer service is non-existent. I ordered these in several colors, but only receive 2, and the rest were cancelled by Hawke and Co. There appears to be no reason for this as the vests are still available to purchase on the website in the same colors and sizes. I am not purchasing again because I'll have to pay for shipping again. I have contacted customer service twice about this and haven't received a response. Very disappointed in the transaction and will not be purchasing from Hawke and Co again.

Purchased for son as a gift. He thinks the thickness is perfect. Just enough to be warm without the bulk and looking like the marshmallow man. He said it is very comfortable. It appears to be well made too.
